Il progetto di ristrutturazione nasce dall’esigenza dei nuovi proprietari di riconfigurare completamente gli spazi interni del loro appartamento a Treviso, in virtù del numero dei componenti della famiglia. Le richieste principali sono ambienti fluidi, due bagni indipendenti, spazio attrezzato per lo smart working.
The project of renovation arises from the need of the new owners to completely reconfigure the interior spaces of their apartment in Treviso. The main requests are fluid environments, two independent bathrooms, a space equipped for smart working.
Il soggiorno della residenza è costituito da boiserie materiche in microcemento e sistemi audio-video integrati. L’arredo è scelto per conferire il minimo impatto visivo e l’illuminotecnica è completamente incassata o a scomparsa per creare un’ambiente di alto standard minimalista.
The livingroom of the house is made up of concrete boiserie and integrated audio-video systems. The furniture is chosen to give the minimun visual impact and the lighting is completely recessed or retractable to create an interior of high minimalist character.

La zona giorno è costituita da un’ambiente open space che, grazie agli arredi su misura con una parete vetrata a scomparsa integrata, è in grado di accogliere la zona di ingresso e living separandoli all’occorrenza dalla zona cucina e pranzo.
The day area consists in an open space which, by means of custom made furnishings with an integrated retractable glass wall, is able to accomodate the entrance and living area, separating them from the kitchen and dining area if necessary.

Le camere da letto, con arredo completamente disegnato dallo Studio, sono costituite da armadiature a specchio a tutta altezza, aumentando la percezione della dimensione degli ambienti e conferendo un deciso carattere di eleganza.
The bedrooms, with furniture completely designed by Marco Bertuola Architecture, are made up of full-height mirrored wardrobes, increasing the perception of the size of the rooms and giving a marked character of elegance.
